Dear Adam,
And also ground floor is floor 0, so this TOTALLY isn't a 6-story walk-up! Only 5!
That's what I figured. But secretly I'm relishing the visual of my apartment auto-inflating an extra room just by learning this detail. Ha! Insta-office nookery? Yes please...grandfather be damned.
That IS news to me. My 250ish square-foot NYC apartment could definitely use the 150-square-foot-upgrade.
Not that I am a woodworker or have any experience, and this guy is clearly an expert...but was it just me, or did it seem like a lot of wood was wasted?
I eat a shit-ton (ha) of fiber. Fiber bars, oatmeal, wheat, etc. All I'm saying is once the main load is ejected there's always hangers-on. Sometimes literally. Just making sure the system is 100% clear before saddling back up.
1-3 minutes? What are you, a professional speed-dumper? I take a full 5-7 minutes, thank you very much...there's nothing worse than making a pit stop only to realize a few minutes later that you didn't get it all out.

AH...that's a good point. If it's counter balanced in space, blow the Earth-side anchor and it would float off. Makes sense.
Let's get this out of the way: I know nothing about physics. That said:
If (let's be honest: "when") this happens...I'm leaving. Zombies/apocalypse be damned, this place is already too crowded.
Where is the "buy now" button!?
Thanks! Good info.
Thanks for all the data points. Very helpful.
I am thinking about switching in a week or so from iOS to Android. This article...discouraged me in that regard. I hate latency more than most things...I can deal if my screen simply will not orient right, or if an app is bugging out (worse case, there's 12 more out there that do the same job, right?) but if I swipe…
