@layabout: What do you mean on it, that is his new sleigh!

Yeah yeah big Porsche....come on 'it' was on Top Gear last night, there is only 1 topic today and everyone knows what it is, 5th place!!!

@Twonius: I think you'll find we did, and it's pretty dam clear where the styling came from. Boom-chika-wow-wow.....

"If I were to tell you GM is the new BMW you'd probably laugh at me" - Laugh, I pissed myself laughing.

Again, do you really need any of this shit in a car?

Subtle paint job, almost didn't see the car for a moment.

Do you really need/want any of this crap in your car?

What would Snake Plissken drive.....

Boxster with it's rainy day outfit on, I like it, pretty car but it's not a 911 so you will always get the "Couldn't afford to buy a real one?" look from your friends and colleagues.

You see what happens when you try to polish a car with break fluid.

@The Name's Ash78, Housewares: I'm in exactly the same position, best I can get on my budget is a '98 R or maybe S reg, I'm really really struggling to drop back there from an 04 just can't bring myself to do it.

Dear Santa.......

it's still a ......

@///Mink: Right, I've chosen, 2 tone seats.

@Deartháir: Currently 2 on Autotrader 1974 LHD and the better one 1970 RHD GBP6950 and GBP7500

Whats not to like.

@layabout: Pepperpot Alloys, late Mrk1? (I had a Mrk2 in grey same as everyone else lol.)

@layabout: Yeah it was odd how the Golf really kicked off the hatch in popularity but the Jetta and the Derby came after...anyway I drift off topic. This car is alright, the kinda car you pick up at the airport and drive for the week, it's never going to blow you away but the fact there was nothing bad to say about it
