"Nix further avows that any fan of the X-Men movies 'would not be disoriented at all as to where this fits in the mythology.'"

The Herman Cain jokes only get funnier and funnier each time you rewatch!

Since this show is clearly never actually happening, you could really replace "Arrested Development season 5 will be part prequel" with anything. Some suggestions for future articles

Brainiac, The Leader, The High Evolutionary, The Maker (who is both smart and has really big hands), etc.

I'm not sure any set of launch titles could be more baffling than the gamecube launch, but this is pretty close. At least they have zelda I guess.

Its pretty unfortunate that everyone in VFD is a hyper-competent super spy except for the ones who get put in charge of taking care of the orphans, who are all outsmarted by count wile-e-coyote.

He's a scrunt who has mastered all four elements

Are there any big characters other than Galactus that marvel is missing (I assume they own Warlock, Eternity and Death)? I'm sure there are, I just can't think of any. I guess Doom did a lot of stuff in Infinity War?

This episode was basically one of those incredibly self indulgent Moffat episodes of Dr Who, with series of puzzles boxes as narrative where the solution to all the puzzles turns out to be a combination of love and how awesome the main character is (e.g. that one where time explodes and the doctor is actually a robot

Didn't Miles's mom know before secret wars? Its pretty weird that she doesn't know now. Does Miles know that his parents aren't his real parents and that his real mom was killed by Venom or something in another universe?

The Katharyn Immonen Hellcat comics were pretty great. She teams up with a polar bear and fights a yeti!

I think that it's fan favorite villain Guy Who Knows Darkseid and Will Talk To Him In the Post Credits Scene.

I'm still waiting for the movie adaptation of the Abe Sapien comics, which would be 15 hours of Abe wandering around and doing nothing, and every 15 minutes or so a characters would show up and say something about how pretty soon the movie is going to reveal a bunch of shocking secrets about Abe and his terrifying

Sutter's version of Punisher War Zone was also going to be 10 hours long and was mostly about the punisher wandering around Belfast.

How do you evaluate probabilistic forecasts for things like this? In what sense was Silver correct (or incorrect)?

I wasn't super excited by the first issue of the Aphra series, but I have enough residual good will for Gillen that I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt for a few issues for a book a character who is sort of an evil space Kid Loki. But if Dr Aphra ever starts talking about cool bands, I'm out.
