What about the PX-200 II? It's better in almost, every way and it has a similar price tag.

Why is the Snapdragon S4 a bad thing? It's both faster and more power efficient than the Tegra 3.

IMO this has nothing on the One X.

Now get me a small GPU to power this display and a battery to bower both the GPU and the display.

But overall GPU performance will remain the same, since the resolution has been doubled...

Nvidia's definition of a core is a shader/stream processor. Apple/PowerVR's definition is an actual processing core.

Haven't you heard of Majel? Google supposedly has a coming competitor to Siri with that name. It is said to have much deep integration and interaction with system apps and Market apps than Siri. :)

I would actually say Android is the superior multimedia platform. With a decent media player like PlayerPro paired with a sync service like Google Music, Android can't be touched. Many more playback features and more intuitive UI than Apple's stock iPod app. Apple doesn't even give users a graphic EQ...seriously?

Yeah except the Tegra 3 uses less power than the Tegra 2. And the US version uses a dual core processor that's even faster than the quad core European counterpart.

I actually like this better than the One X because:

Could that mean Retina display (2048x1536)? Because all they'd need to do for that is throw in another 2 cores to the SGX543 GPU and bump the RAM to 1GB and effectively keep the same performance as the iPad 2 with graphics.

I wasn't aware of that. If it's unencrypted, it needs to be encrypted asap. I don't have an issue with the collection itself though.

What about....I don't care? This won't really affect me. People make a big deal out of this data collection like Google wants to have you tracked and killed, with your identity stolen. Which won't happen.

PowerVR already has a 16-core SGX543 (ie 8 iPad 2 GPU or 4 Vita GPUs put together).
