I've heard that the Space Alert expansion makes the game even more ridiculously difficult. I think it will be in my future soon.

Galaxy Trucker forever.

Hmm..I've only been semi-close once with the Kestrel. Have yet to try the Zoltan for a serious run. Maybe I'll try Rock guys next.

If you play by the rules, each player should only have 2 minutes or they sacrifice their turn! I am a fan of this rule because then it decreases the "I have a HUMONGOUS vocabulary" advantage.

I typically play the full scenario. However, I also like the Druid Nights and Dungeon Lords since they cause me to inquire into places I don't always go otherwise.

How cool is that free expansion? This is exciting news.

Still slowly making my way through Antichamber. It's going slowly because I keep getting sucked back into FTL. I haven't been successful at beating it yet, but I've come very close with the Engi ship loaded down with ion cannons and using a crew teleporter in combination with anti-ship drones. Do folks have any other

Scrabble is such a fun, strategic game. It surprises me that more hardcore board gamers aren't into it.

I can't believe Gabe Kaplan didn't win best ice cream flavor.

Cool! I didn't realize she did the title card for Gone Home.

Facilitate conversations and decision-making processes. I tell myself this will be essential to keeps groups from tearing each other apart and necessary for the reforming of civil society.

I think I'm going to have to crack and get The Stanley Parable and Papers, Please.

If Gerardi is in a post-Skynet bunker, I'm saddened for humanity because they are still Knicks fans. But I'm heartened by the fact they still like There Will Be Blood.

Or, play ACQUIRE if you can't imagine playing a game that doesn't involve property.

While you don't always incorporate a ton of flash, I find I do enjoy the technical aspects of these videos as much as I enjoy the content of them. Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Technical question: the light on this video seemed more desaturated than in other digest videos - even those that were filmed in Chicago. Lighting change or camera feature change? I'm making some video for work soon and would love to know about some of the technical specs on what is going into these videos.

Thanks to audio galaxy, I've had this track for…20 years!

I'm approaching it as "Dear Escher" and haven't minded thus far.

A buddy who also plays says that getting the crew teleporter with some good offensive crew works well because you salvage more scrap after each victory. It's the mark of a great game that has so many customizable paths to follow.

Interesting. If it gets really bad I may end up using a wiki or online map to get around it then. I know that the metagame of some games is figuring out this stuff, but if it prevents you from playing the actual game, that makes me less interested.
