Good work! I've seen the Anniversary Edition in person and I thought I was looking at the obelisk from 2001. Playing it enough may even turn you into a space baby.

Ok, I'll admit it. I have Spelunky problem.
My solution to the queue problem is to keep a text file of games I want to play, but haven't yet. Then, I wait to buy a game until I actually have time to play it.
Don't uninstall Spelunky! It's so good.
Yeah Powergrid. Any idea which map you'll be playing? And remember: green energy is NEVER the answer in that game.
Ok, I'll give it a go. I've been sick the past few days so it may wait until I feel like looking at a back-lit screen at home.
Can't play because I'm at work, but if the fourth titan is man, does that mean you are committing man on man violence? Is that the twist?
I love Sawbuck Gamer so much. Thanks for continuing to put these out!
I've been relatively averse to LCGs so I don't have an opinion on Netrunner. Still, you can never go wrong with Space Alert.
Thanks. I have the Plot Thickens card but wasn't certain if I should seek out the additional role cards.
Any sense of what games you may play?
If you've played Apples to Apples, you've played a family friendly version of Cards Against Humanity.
The drunker people get while playing The Resistance nudges closer and closer to an auto-victory for the spies, as far as I've seen. I think tipsy is the optimal play level for it.
I have the version of The Resistance that came out before Avalon appeared. What makes them different? I know there are some special roles, but what exactly do they do?
Part of what made it such a draw to my siblings and me as a kid was its rarity. We only knew of one place where we could rent it. We couldn't find a place to purchase it at all.
For a variation on the roll and move game, there are some pretty fun decisions to be made and a few different strategies one can employ.
I'm helping out with a high school ski trip this weekend. But I don't go to ski - I just hang out all day in the chalet and teach nerdy board games to whomever wants a break from the slopes. This year, I'm bringing Takenoko, Dixit, Forbidden Island, The Resistance, Loot, and Lord of the Rings: The Confrontation.…
Bubble Bobble is up in my pantheon of best NES games with Super Mario 3 and Contra. What a fun game with so many little secrets.
I thought that Toal, while pointing out its shortcomings, still found it enchanting and interesting even though he couldn't put his finger on why.
One of my friends who is thinking about getting Risk: Legacy actually cited that as a reason he was excited. The designers are in our heads!
