The thing with Shandy is that Keeley actually was right that she saw some talent in her, but also, she was obviously really rough and would need some mentorship and guidance to harness and focus that talent. I don’t think we ever really got that. It was just “Okay, do your thing,” and with Shandy being so wild and

I didn’t notice the supposed long run time. I guess that’s not a big deal when you actually enjoy a show.

I loved Roy being smitten with Jamie’s mom

Honestly, if this wasn’t an A rated episode in your eyes, I don’t know what more the show can give you. And I don’t think we’re watching the same show. The entirety of the Beard/Nate scene, from jump scare to quite contemplation ranks up there with the best things this show’s ever put to film.

Finished the first 2 episodes last night. I was very happy to see Digger/Jason Stiles show up. Between this show and seeing the new West Side Story my life has become very 1950s New York colorful.

Midge has good qualities and bad qualities. Why do we have to deem a female character terrible every time she has substantial flaws? Most people have substantial flaws.

Yeah, this was my issue as well.

jesus christ. that’s the first one we actually noticed.

a series is designed to watch in order, and the individual episodes need to be engrossing in their own right, not only in light of what comes later.”

This show needs to win a bunch of awards. They’re not content to just have an awesome main ensemble, they also give us a goddamn masterpiece of a performance from Mr. Dudley.

Dude, it was the 1980s. They used to let us roam around unsupervised construction sites on the weekends.

“How would you like to die today, motherfucker?”

You know they have been making war movies for 90 years?

I have two favorite things about this movie.
