It’s power to weight combined with available grip.

You’d compare a normal gas engine vs a hybrid vs a a turbine or somthing rocket powered. Why does being electrically powered somehow change that?

They have gotten better but there are still many that are marginal. Any econo box is going to have meh headlights. I flipped from BMW HIDs in my e38 to E code quality sealed beams in my W115...I honestly think some cars are/were worse than quality sealed beams.

Their AWD system will not take Hellcat power (reliably), with a ~200 hp delta between the two cars you’d need a whole lot of grip off the line to have a straight line advantage.
