I don’t understand why you would accept that type of abuse? I’m assuming you have some marketable skills, the economy is booming. There are jobs everywhere.

If you interface with customers on any level you play in a role in in PR, I don’t understand why you disagree with that.

I’m not saying he’s dyed in the wool VW (corporate) guy but that his job. You do you job plain and simple, I don’t care what you get paid. You took the position, it’s your responsibility.

Another metric would be environmental damage and/or clean up costs per ton transported. That would compensate for the effects of an arguably less frequent but larger quantity spill.

I think we have different ideas of “nice” it’s a commercial van. It shows in the fit and finish along with the ride quality. They’re great at what they’re designed for but don’t expect a longer version of a Flex.
