@jp182: While I agree many people are lazy in finding new artists, it does SEEM like music quality has declined because "popular" music quality has declined. The shit you hear on the radio now will never stand the test of time that songs from the 70's, 80's, and even early 90's do.

Not to mention that the quality of the music is going to drop as you stream it to your iDevice, in addition to the inevitable lag and dropped service.
