Uh, weird, insulting shade to throw against cartoonists there, bud.

ADVENTURE THYME!

Genuinely, good for him. Live your life with honesty.

“They” has been used as a singular term since the 14th century, so it’s hardly new.

Fun Fact : That movie started its life in 1986, and was going to be directed by Paul Verhoeven.

Freaked! is so great. It’s one of those hidden late 90s HBO gems.

I’m sorry, have you not been around for the past like... *checks watch* eternity? Cops are bad, in general.

I’d love LeVar Burton, but I cannot imagine how utterly insufferable Neil deGrasse Tyson would be. He’d be constantly fact-checking answers while saying them, even on subjects he has no authority in.

Castle of Cagliostro is well, well worth the watch. It’s gorgeous, exciting, and at times funny as hell.

This movie is awful, what are we even talking about here? I thought Dowd was supposed to be the snob here at the AVC, and now he’s seriously standing up for one of the worst movies I’ve ever seen?

The first one is actually great, 3 and 4 are good, with great effects and kills, and New Nightmare is a bit of meta genius. 2 is interesting, 5 and 6 are absolutely terrible. I absolutely cannot condone this idea that the remake is in any way good, it’s an utterly rancid movie.

Uhhh... I dunno if this is a bit, or what, but Peter Pan didn’t exist until 1902.

Wait wait wait wait wait wait, of ALL of their animated classics, Peter Pan DIDN’T already have a disclaimer?

It’s not really a stretch to say that for a not insignificant period of time, Eddie Van Halen WAS rock music. RIP, legend.

Lil’ bit, lil’ bit.

Oof, that’s definitely on me. Working on not a lot of sleep today, and that was a dumb mistake on my part.

Yeah, her Palestinian family is such a huge part of the character and the comics, it only makes sense to deliberately identify her as Palestinian-American. It’d be an omission to leave that out.

No, it clearly isn’t needed. Rural states are running roughshod over most of America because of an antiquated system that was meant to suppress the black vote.

So I’m assuming both sides scored some pretty good points?

The lede is that “movie theaters probably shouldn’t be open at all right now”. It’s not exactly rocket surgery here.
