I'm a Texans fan - and seeing them get dismantled by the Patriots (with a 3rd string quarterback) - well, I know it is no consolation to you - but seeing (basically) the same thing happen to the Steelers gave me a slight bit of comfort that we're not the only good team that had a crappy week…

I love the ending of The Thing.

Yeah - I'm not really trying to slam Michael. VH is one of my favorite bands. Reading Beer Baron's original comment - the first thing I thought of was the BOMP-BOMP-BOMP-BOMP intro to "Runnin' With the Devil".

Great point - VH incorporates a lot of harmonies, and Michael Anthony always took the high notes (counter intuitive, given he is the stocky one in the band…)

"Lighten up Francis".

Ha - that perfectly illustrates the thought process of a 9 year old - "I'll never get pizza again if they find out about this!!!".

I saw one snippet of the "documentary" - at one point the investigators are discussing the bowl of pineapple - paraphrasing:

Did you see Bridge of Spies? where the American student in West Germany goes to visit his girlfriend in East Germany, but before he can get back to the west side, they put up the Berlin Wall, and he's trapped!!

Or look at the center, and pick a focal point three feet beyond the text, you'll see a 3D image emerge of a….. what is that? Oh my GOD, NNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lesson 2: Play in the style of Michael Anthony.

Aniston needs to Theroux Justin to the curb - she'll be Brad she did.

Dr. ASS-wipe
No, that's pronounced ah-SWEE-pay.

You are a pain in my BAY-nal CAY-nal.

Yes- He is one of my favorite competitors. To look at him, you wouldn't think he'd do so well - he doesn't have alot of bulky muscle, and I think he is generally on the tall side (it seams the top guys are your parkour types that don't carry a lot of weight). We're in Houston, and know a few of the competitors and

Slobberbone.

"Slobberbone" didn't make the list - that makes me sad.

Wait! You do realize that Pringles are nothing but hardened extruded slurry, correct?

Funny you say that - this article made me look on Youtube, and I found an hour long "making of" feature. In an interview, Michael Biehn (aka Reece) said the most physical stunt on the movie was that scene. They rigged a platform about 5 feet in the air, and the stunt man just drops down and hits the pavement.

A difference of opinion - I get it.

Agreed on Cameron's attention to detail - one example - Escaping the club, Reece and Sarah jump in a car - Terminator jumps on the hood and punches through the windshield.
