Rockets fan here.

I'm frush out of ideas.

I have become the de-facto remote tech support for my wife/kids. I get a call weekly, at work, from some member of my family that can't get the picture to show on the TV (" I can hear the sound, but there is no picture!!"), or some other TV/game console issue.

Exhibit "A" of the prosecution's evidence: "Stairway" spelled backwards is "Taurus".

Same with Parallax View. Warren Beatty is on a plane, and he has to warn the crew that there is a bomb on board - but do so anonymously. So he writes the warning on a cocktail napkin and slips it into the stack of napkins on the flight attendants cart. Then we see the flight attendant methodically working her way

Quesalupa-boarding.

I vote the latter.

I'm thinking of The Sweetest Thing - and no Missi Pyle in that. I don't even recall seeing Bringing Down the House. No idea how I put that scene in the wrong movie - although they did come out around the same time, 2002 and 2003. Oh well..

Wasn't she in a Tae-Bo fight scene with Cameron Diaz? Don't recall the name of the movie - Cameron and Christina Applegate - not a great movie, but could be funny (Christina A is just the best). But I thought that movie had a scene where Cameron and Missi square off, and Missi starts throwing all these Tae-Bo moves

I think it's hilarious that Great Job Internet is almost universally reviled, yet it probably drives 10% of the comments on the site. Of those 10%, about 20% are complaints about how lame any given GJI is (my grammar sucks).

Is there a world-wide malt shortage? Why the $6 upcharge for malt????

If we cut the crust off your square burger patty, will you eat it?

As I was writing it - I wasn't sure if it was on EC or SS. How about that weird thing where you see two silhouettes facing each other, and each face says a syllable of a word - they repeat until the word comes together - that was EC, correct?

Oh AV Club! You know better, language matters. "Kidnapping" has such a negative connotation - I prefer "liberation".

Agreed on Def Leppard, for sure. I'm thinking Auf Wiedersehn will be the first I tackle (loved it for years, never got around to figuring it out). It's a shame that folks a little younger than us had "The Flame" be their first intro to CT. The late 80's were not kind to many bands still trying to stay relevant….

I was born in '71 (so about your age) - I was introduced to CT around '84 by my best friends older brother - the albums Heaven Tonight and Dream Police. The bands that I was introduced to then, are still my favorites, VH, Led Zep, - the standards. This was also about the same time I picked up the guitar. I never

Well said - I couldn't agree more.

La Ilsa, bonita!

The worst are the black licorice flavored. BLECHHH!
