Have you tried Canyon Bakery? Most of their breads (not the white) taste good, make a decent sandwich, and don’t turn into crumbs when you smear something like thick, chunky PB on it. And if you toast them, they will work as a bun replacement for a burger. 

I used to do this a lot - mostly because I lived near a couple of places that offered all day breakfast, and breakfast foods are better to sleep on after an excessively long work day.

Nope. The breakfast boom started a few years pre-pandemic. It was impactful enough that McD’s started offering some items all day, and Wendy’s re-introduced a breakfast menu. 

I don’t think it is a “get out and get breakfast”, but that people like “breakfast foods” for other meals. Personally, I would rather get an Egg McMuffin or a bacon/egg/cheese biscuit than a Quarter Pounder.

What happened to just buying some basic rice pasta, and adding your own flavorful sauce? Or even cooking them in a well flavored liquid?

And if you are doing this when behind the wheel, you should have your license revoked.

Sounds to me like they are going to supply the carts to stores, and regular customers use those.

Considering most people eating fast food breakfast are in a vehicle, how many really dip into liquid (or add it to the burrito) risking spilling on work clothes?

Keeping staff is hard when you don’t pay them enough to put up with the working conditions. I know of areas where the new cashiers in grocery stores get paid less than the people behind the counter at McDonalds.

Not really. Chic-Fil-A has some fairly healthy food if you go the grilled chicken route. Including GF options.

That is like pointing out that the further you get from SF or NYC, the lower the quality of Chinese food that you are likely to find. 

If going to JiTB, then their breakfast menu is the way to go.

Looks like most of the new locations are in places where people are going to eat on the go, like Travel Centers. You don’t want to be eating bone in chicken at 75 (ok, more like 85) mph.
