@Hatebunny: I actually loved them, and they're cheap as hell to buy, like 10 bucks each on the network. I played the first one, and then went right out and bought the second one.

I'm happy I can get the nice form factor of the PSPgo, and that there's no UMD, god that thing was a waste of time, I've been buying all my psp games digitally for as long as I could anyways (I'm sure there will be BC). I just hope that they do a bit of updating, but this is just a dev kit, and they have over a year

@bmart008: or persona 3 portable for that fact.

Where is Super Mario Galaxy 2? It's the best rated game of the year.

I'm more excited for the Green Hornet actually.

@dev: You're right, Capitalism isn't the driving force behind killing and maiming and enslaving, Profit is, Greed is, and that's the driving force behind capitalism. Do you realize that every corporation has to answer to it's share-holders before the law? And that if it doesn't put it's profits infront of it's legal

@shooter: Capitalism has killed way more than communism has, hell, Hitler's regime was capitalist, and he killed 20 million in Russia alone, not only the people put in concentration camps. Look at the African nations who's economies are being destroyed by American corporations that have subsidized products flooding

@ Brian Crecente

@Kirill Sukhov: sure thing man, add me on vkontake, brennan martin (the only one in Moscow) I need to check out this soviet arcade museum.

@NaeemTHM: well it makes sense, I mean batman AA game of the year edition was 10.33, on my ps3 it would be 60 still (maybe 50). I'll save my PS3 money for the excellent exclusives.

I hadn't been a PC gamer for a long time, and Steam is the reason why I've just recently gotten back into it. Over the last two months I've bought 4 games on Steam, Left for dead 1&2, Batman AA, and Metro 2033. They most expensive of which was $10.33 I don't care about integration or playing with friends I care about

I'm sitting in Moscow right now on an exchange, missing my beloved Canada. Though props to Sony for letting me buy my games online for my PSP, (except birth by sleep that is...)

@mooted: Well, why would you think a consumer electronics company would hype their new tech while new competition is moving into the market for the holidays? Also, the writer of this article said that there isn't any momentum for move, but there is for Kinect, (because of his own personal feelings it seems because he

And your "Kinect selling like hotcakes" link must be broken, because there aren't any numbers to support it. You're speculating, and at least Sony has sold 2.5 million move bundles in just over a month.

@OldSlowJetta: PS3 has netflix as well, and it plays every movie format that I've used for it, and also because it has the net it has hulu, among others for free, and can stream your movies from your computers in your house through it's built in wifi, all things that the 360 can't do.

How is the 360 better at playing media than the PS3, I mean not that it only doesn't play blu-rays, but it also doesn't have youtube, or any other streaming site either.

That is so tough to say, because I would say that Westwood studios made a big impact on me when I was a kid, we were a Mac household, and I played all those C&C games on our Powermac. I loved that series of games.

@NeonAnderson: ds had the same drop genius, it has more to do with it being an older console, and there are new ones around the corner.

@Jotsy: no i expect it to be digitally backwards compatible with the games on PSN now, obviously.

Well, luckily the next psp is out next year and if they're smart they'll make it all digital with full BC, and cheap PS2 games to by off the network. Then at least people won't have to crack it to play their old favorite PS2/ps1/psp games keep a decent battery life, and having that closed loop, like valve has, allow
