@Almightywhacko: That's fair. On the flip side of that though, it drives me nuts when people think something is awesome just because it has way MORE stuff. Like, cool, your computer has 25 USB ports... wtf are you going to use that for? Haha.

Does it strike anyone else as odd that people see these minimalistic interior designs and say "Wow, what a stunning accomplishment!" and then ten minutes later those same people are writing comments about how stupid tech companies are for going for more minimalist designs? Silly :P.

@Spartanical: Haha yeah saw that right after, sorry about that.

@corsair130: Oh just the M? I was measuring the whole image. The M is still bigger than 9 though, going by that line.

@Spartanical: If the width of the whole leg base is 3, then it's even smaller than 9. Haha.

@ab3: Really? Cause I just re-measured and I'm still getting 4+ of those lines, meaning 12+. Not that it's a particularly big deal or anything, it just didn't seem accurate.

@cumbirnard: I suppose I should have specified I meant internally. I don't think I've ever seen a Zune ad on TV, which seems completely ridiculous when you think that for a good month or two... there was a Kin commercial on TV every 30 seconds.

If that black line represents 3 microns, there's no way that thing is only 9 microns high.

@YardanCabaret: True, although Palm IS HP now. Either way, they own a massive chunk of the tablet market at the moment, and they know that will eventually grow smaller. If you're Apple though, you know that your die-hard fans are going to buy your stuff regardless of what HP comes out with. They know they can always

It bothers me that like 75% of the answers so far either weren't invented in the 21st century or don't even exist yet.

@triggerx: They did, actually. I have three friends who work(ed) in the Zune department at Microsoft. They put a lot of time and effort (at least in Redmond) into trying to promote and develop, but the iPod's dominance was too much. They've since cut down the department by several people.

I really just want to punch Zuckerberg right in the Face™.

@tashi: BRR-BRR-BRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!

@VisitorG: I love subway, I plan on having some for lunch. I'm with Ravenni though... I don't get it.

@KLanD: I think it's more just based on principle. It's not like Apple is worried about losing market share to a company that basically no one has heard of.

Both of the first two look like they'd make great little coffee tables. I want.

@tylerbrainerd: Haha that was quite a post! I don't actually remember that beer, sex, and monogamy thing, but that doesn't seem like much to get un-starred over.

@tylerbrainerd: I did. For one of my more random comments haha. Thank you, by the way :P. What'd you do to get unstarred? I'm still only semi-familiar with how that whole process works. A lot of it seems pretty arbitrary. I read up on it the other day, but the whole unstarring thing wasn't covered much.

@Hi: Yeah, I think that was part of the problem. He was flying from some lake out east of the Cascades and landed at Kenmore Air (he just stores it there). Bit complicated, but they don't mess around when it comes to the POTUS.

@Doople: Little kid in the background, fuckin' going ca-raaaaaaazy.
