I played the game on Mastermind as a black kid. There is a little bit of NPC dialogue pre choosing your nationality and ethnicity that seem specific to a black kid. Freeman has one of them.

Interesting design choice. I think there’s definitely a use-case for a player lowering the difficulty then having a gameplay epiphany that will make them want to revert mid playthrough.
