I think it was more fore financial reasons than difficulty porting it that caused such a delayed release. The overall next gen upgrade of the game factored in as well of course.

Yea the extra testing is welcome in my opinion because the port turns out much better then. The game itself is made as you said using MS tools which are exactly the same as Windows since XBone runs on a modified version of wimdows. Regardless it is all x86 architecture so the port should not be all that hard and…
Of course it does. It also has full graphics options and a built in movie editor as well as a race track maker that lets you design your own stunt courses(not sure of that is on console as well). Playing the game maxed out on ultra with the draw distance set to max looks night and day better than the console version.…
Yea GTA 5 turned out really well on PC and sold a ton of copies so it seems likely it will come to PC at some point. It is still one of the most played games on Steam. With the success of games like GTA5 and Dark Souls 2 and 3 on PC and the fact the game is developed on a pc there is really no reason for a massive…
Yes and your opinion is worth less than nothing to me so piss off please.
I think more than 10% of the population owns at least some form of PC or laptop they could hook up with hdmi or even vga right to their TV. You only need a powerful processor if you want near perfect emulation. Just about any old computercan run a Nes or Snes emulator easily. Don’t get me wrong, I see the appeal to…
Im talking about games that are almost 30 yrs old most of which are games I already own or have owned. I have hundreds of games on Steam and have never pirated a single one. Emulation and Roms are preserving history because the cartriges are degrading and will be gone eventually. I dont feel too bad about downloading…
Yea I dont see the point. If you have a decent PC you can just download RetroArch and load the core for any retro system you want. If you have a processor that is 3.ghz or higher you can emulate NES and SNES games almost perfectly and have a bunch of video and controller options. Not to mention downloading as many…
The turn based sytem in Divinity is awesome and allows for some really creative strategy and mixing of elements. Even if turn based is not your cup of tea you should give it a chance in that game if you haven’t already.
Yea at this point HL2 belongs on the best classics list and not the current best list.
It seems kind of stupid that it even needs to be stated that sexual assault and harassment is wrong within the smash community as if 1 that is not common fuckin knowledge and 2 illegal and wrong in every state in the country. I don’t think there needs to be a “community guide” specifially for a single game community…
Once you play the game maxed out on Ultra on PC it is pretty hard to go back. The PC port of GTA 5 is pretty damn awesome looking even without the mods.
It takes literally 2 seconds to do a dep with your phone. I dont see how hunting down an Atm and getting out of your car is any better. At least you have some protection in your car and can just drive away real quick.
Yea there is you just go to a sign post and can travel to any other discovered one. You can also fast travel from boats to harbors.
I never played past FFX but I said I like the old magic powered tech from those older games. I guess they have been headed in a more futuristic direction for a while now but as I said I like the older more Medieval settings like FF2 and 3 a bit better. I love the way this engine looks though and hope they do a PC…
Parts of this look really cool even though the main characters look like they robbed a hot topic and started an emo band. I would love to see a remake of FF6 (US3) in this engine. I prefer the more Medieval settings although I like some of the magic powered tech in the old ones. Now they are driving a drop top benz,…
It’s mainly cosmetic stuff though because you need Skse to run any of the more complex mods like enhanced followers and any ones that change a lot of the games systems and UI. It is def cool they can run at least some mods though but to get any where near the full experience you gotta go PC.
Is anyone actually surprised by this. When Bethesda said mods for PS4 were delayed I called that this would happen. Also since neither Xbox nor Sony is going to let you run a script extender the mods you are going to get are going to be pretty limited anyway. The consoles can’t handle a lot of the graphical mods and…
A lot of that stuff is on Hulu and they do simulacast with Japan as well for some new shows. I used Crunchy Roll in the past when a lot more of the content was free but If I am gonna pay for a sub I feel like I get a lot more from Hulu because their anime selection is really good but they have a lot of other stuff as…
There is def a crowd that likes both but the fact remains that consoles hold gaming back in general and are blight on the indusrty imo. The tactics of buying excusivity and date locking content are terrible for the consumer as well as the dumbing down of games so they can run on console then creating a garbage port…
