I always get a bit sad watching stuff like Mr Show, Louie or Herman's Head when I see how talented Tom Kenny, Pamela Adlon and Hank Azaria are at non-voice acting despite how infrequently they actually get to do it. They're all great voice actors, don't get me wrong, and all three of them are pretty clearly

My only exposure to Teen Titans Go! is through TV Tropes, where pretty much everything about it is bashing how bad it is. Is this just a classic case of nostalgic manboys yelling at each other in an echo chamber and it's actually good, or is it really as bad as they make it out to be?

I see IFC's video player is as shit as ever.

I can't picture Weird Al's voice coming out of that kid's mouth at all.

David Cross has the sort of heart-on-his sleeve intensity in his comedy
that makes it seem like he's on the verge of angry tears whenever he gets
really into something. I've always liked his standup, but I think it's
pretty obvious if you've seen any of his non-acting stuff that he has problems dealing with criticism.

Adam West: Making a fifty year long career out of making fun of something that was already intended to be tongue and cheek.

I always found him horribly miscast. Scott in the comics was loud and, in his own weird way, charismatic. Like the kind of guy that would draw your attention immediately after meeting him and you'd only realize the negative qualities of after spending some time around him. He also didn't look anything like Michael

I'm glad Rabin finally found a movie that justified his love for getting into extended rants about gay panic jokes mid-review. I hadn't heard of this movie until this review, but it will now happily join the ranks of "Snow Dogs" and "Daddy Day Camp" as one of the movies I immediately think of when I think about Cuba

Bobby Moynihan is the only member of the male cast who I'd say manages to consistently keep up with the heavy hitting women in terms of getting the biggest laughs of the night. I also have a soft spot for Kennan, even though I acknowledge that he has a pretty terrible range. Killam never rose beyond being a solid

Man, giving this movie an F is exactly what they want you to do. D-, now that's the way to go.

I dunno, I like how Mac comes off as the only one who has any sort of potential to be a normal person, but is so starved for attention/affection and afraid of rejection that he continues to hang out with the rest of the Gang in order to feel like he's wanted. He's so pathetic that he ends up being the most sympathetic

I almost never listen to live episodes of podcasts for those very reasons. I happened to be there when they did the Can't Stop the Music recording, and so that ended up being the extent of my exposure to both Cameron Esposito and live episodes of HDTGM in general. I found it very middling.

Pretty much every episode of HDTGM is fun to listen to because of the great hang out vibe it has. It always comes off as the main three and their guest just enjoying each others company and snarking on movies. Even if I don't find an episode laugh out loud funny, I always feel good when I listen to it.

I saw her once on a live recording of How Did This Get Made. It was the first time I'd ever even heard about her. I didn't think she was all that good, but really, June Diane Raphael is the only consistently funny person on that podcast so I didn't think much of it. Paul has a pretty middling hit/miss ratio and

So what you're saying is that I won't be seeing an adult woman pretending to be a little boy for the entirety of a feature length movie? They clearly don't know their audience then.

Captain Marvel's the little boy one, right? I can only picture the Lauren Lapkus character Todd. I am very excited for this movie if that is the case.

I wonder how they decided who between Leonardo and Donatello Ders would voice for the TMNT short. In the episode of Workaholics where they assigned their ninja turtle parallel, he was considered for both positions.

I'm glad that she finally gets to be the lead in something that doesn't require her to be an animated little boy. That said, I hope she continues to voice animated little boys for years to come. She has maybe the single greatest "little boy voice" ever.

Food Party was excellent. I can't believe how hard it is to find episodes of.

That's what amazes me. He has the least quirky outfit and yet still comes off as the most obnoxiously smug one of the bunch.
