Because IT is the most overlooked employees until you need us. They should have a person on the roles to manually load and unload stuff on to the server, but they wont pay anyone.

I agree, but I think Bethesda went a direction alot of us are overlooking. Instead of creating a story for us to fall in love with, they instead gave us a foundation to mod and create our own story.
