I’ve never been able to get into a SMT game. Everybody talks up Persona about how it’s “more than just a RPG,” and I’m like yeah, I don’t want to deal with all the life-sim crap. That said, I’ve always been fascinated by Digital Devil Saga. Something about the premise and style always stick out in my mind. Put that

This show is a cultural touchstone for me, to the point where I still buy Sailor Moon merchandise as a 36 year old man.

You could qualify it, maybe, by saying it isn’t always the best investment. Depending on your local market and your personal financial situation, you may be better off renting and putting the equity you would have sunk into a house into other financial vehicles. I personally ended up buying once rents started

I think the “your home isn’t an investment” comes from the expectation that you will be in it forever, so you won’t realize any profit on it in your lifetime even if it goes up a billion%. The second argument is that if it does go up a billion%, likely so did the place you would move into if you did move, so you don’t

WE FORCED SKATE 4 INTO EXISTENCE!

I mean how else would we know unless they posted their opinion on EVERY single article. I mean, I had forgotten since the last article and had started to think that they liked the game.

Oh man, talk about the truth here. I don’t know if I can live any longer without hearing from grown men (let’s be honest, it’s grown men) who are sticking to their guns and telling everyone they can how disappointed they are in SwSh.

Hmmm, an intersting article. But first I’d like hear from a few more people who don’t like this game and won’t be buying this expansion.

Thank you for the same take I’ve heard 30 times completely unrelated to the DLC. Every time there’s news about this game somebody needs to drop into the comments to let us know “I DIDN’T LIKE IT.” WE KNOW.

I’m still working (retail) and don’t have a lot of time to play. Get home at 6, and after everything is said and done, it’s usually around 9 or so.

Personally I find personalities I wouldn’t otherwise get along with in real life to be part of the challenge of Animal Crossing. I don’t make an effort to get rid of everyone that isn’t like me on the island, instead I try to, well there’s no way to put this that isn’t lame but- “Learn to see the beauty in each of

you are correct. i have no room to talk, i’m an achievement whore in games.

The Gamers™ are upset again...

Exactly this.

“Easy mode is too easy" sounds like the correct difficulty for an easy mode. It sounds like the issue is more with normal mode, at least a particular boss in normal mode.

I appreciate easy/story mode. I’m here to have a good time (that means not doing the same fight over and over), enjoy the story itself, and then move on to the next thing. So in the case of FF7, I’m actually happy to hear this...

What the fuck are you ranting about?

Sir, this is an Arby’s.

Is this satire? If not, yikes.

As gamers are, as a whole, a thoughtful, inclusive, and reflective group, I expect this change (one that in no way negatively impacts anyone at all) to be received with open arms and thunderous applause. Hooray for gamers!
