Something I didn’t consider with grief is how different circumstances can lead to different expressions of grief. I had a pretty significant death happen in my life within the last couple of years, and I bounced back really quickly. A lot of that had to do with the fact that I had to quickly adjust to my entire life…

!!!!!! I’m so happy someone else loves this couple as much as I do. I love Terrace House similarly to how I love the Great British Bake-Off. Both subvert the over-the-top drama I’m used to on American shows and as a result, they come off as really relaxing feel-good material (most of the time).

Yeahh I visited Niagara on a whim recently while in Buffalo and almost got stuck when I decided to leave. Luckily I had cash on me (which is not the norm for me!) The change machine they have at the turnstile takes $1 and $5 bills, but I only had a $20 dollar bill...so I had to go to duty free and buy something small,…

FYI to anyone crossing into Canada via foot on Rainbow Bridge– to get back to the US you have to pay a dollar in quarters to get past the turnstile, so be aware of that.
