Schlafly's distribution is fairly limited nationwide, but it's DELICIOUS. I'm having one right now.

I'm a Cards fan, but it's impossible not to be rooting for the Royals right now. They've been so bad for so long. You want to see them win and you want KC to have a baseball team to be proud of again.
This is the best comment here but it will probably live forever in the grays.
His homerun trots are a thing of awkward fat guy beauty.
Aww you. The Cardinals had the 3rd highest attendance in all of the majors over the entirety of the 1980s, and the 4th highest in the 1990s. It's the neverending bandwagon!
24 year old former 1st round draft choice Kolten Wong hits 12 homers in 100ish games this year in the majors, slugs .533 while spending a month in AAA, then somehow manages to get another couple home runs in the postseason, the one tonight looking more like a line drive and barely clearing the wall. How did he ever do…
Cruz handled that play badly, but he's a backup in a pressure cooker situation. Rosenthal is supposed to be the closer and has been awful in the postseason.
This 'best fans' shit has so many layers of amazing at this point.
...they were booing a guy who has been completely horrible this postseason and just blew the save?
Matt Kemp is 30. The difference in age between him and Pujols (34) is the same as him and Kershaw (26). Molina is 32 and Wainwright is 33. Kershaw is decidedly younger than the Cards stars of recent memory, but Kemp is of the same generation under all but the strictest of definitions.
The Dodgers spent a lot on Brian Wilson and Chris Perez. They just haven't been difference makers.
Ah yeah I misread it as just WAR. Kemp's numbers are superior in oWAR. I just think that discounts a huge portion of Yadi's value. So much of his value comes from defense and managing the game from behind the plate. An OF doesn't have anything to contribute in that regard so purely basing it on offense falls short of…
WAR is in favor of Kemp how exactly? Their career average favor Molina slightly (2.7 to 2.4) and their last 6 years look like this:
There's no question that Kershaw is the best player on either team right now, but Kemp doesn't stack up in the same way. Molina is the best defensive catcher in baseball by a very wide margin, and he's no slouch at the plate either. To imply he's not close to Kemp is absurd. Most would argue that he's the more…
So are we supposed to root for the team whose city has the best record on racial issues?
If the ball doesn't hit him then it's through the middle and the Cards score another. It was total luck on his part and the "What?!" was annoying, but you'd be pretty pumped too if you got out of a bases loaded jam.
"The Best Fans in Baseball" was a title given by The Sporting News. It wasn't self-proclaimed.
Blues GM Doug Armstrong did exactly this earlier this summer after Vladimir Sobotka rejected the Blues offers to go play in the KHL. Press conference and all.
Poor Chris Stewart. So much talent. So little.... oomph.
