I feel like the common definition of flight would indicate being in the air, regardless of landing is in progress or not.

What always gets me is people that put a QR code on things like a billboard or the side of a building facing the freeway.

That’s the point, they are looking where streams are coming for when the consumer pays for a set number of streams. Weird analogy, but it’s like buying a 12 pack of soda but having restrictions on sharing it at the park with non-family members.

We went from me paying for 3 households to use Netflix to me encouraging 3 households to use my Plex server and stepping up my library.

Can you PLEASE stop your embedded videos from autoplaying? It's a pain when my phone is paired with speakers.

Don't they already get consent though? Everyone just blindly accepts TOS and grants permission anytime an app asks. 

This is what I don't get. As a corporate world guy so much is blocked and regulated. I can't pull up anything social media related, my work phone has a workplace managed app store, things are on super lockdown. Why can government officials do whatever they want on official devices? 

It’s important though. Don’t dismiss this because it impacts a service you dislike. This sets the precedent for future at-will service bans. We’re giving people who know nothing of technology the power to ban anything because it impacts their shady sourced campaign funds and insider trading.

This is why I like having a separate work laptop. Yeah, I hook it up to the same monitor I game on, but my brain knows that the different night mode setting, wallpaper and fps is a separate "station". Turn that laptop off at the end of the work day and my home and work PCs are independent.
