At least make an option in settings to disable it. Why do users have to be restricted because people can't take ownership of their data plan? How would you feel if Netflix automatically shut down after 30 mins of use in a month because some people have data caps?

I can see it working in a slim number of scenarios. One would be a payroll gap when switching jobs. You KNOW the money is coming and can see it in payroll, you just don’t have it yet due to the initial payroll processing.
