True. Haha I can see that backfiring easily if someone isn’t smart on how they use it.
I personally do this, but not for the battery saving. I hate the constant pings while I am out and about. I have non-critical apps set to not use background data. Then when I get home and connect to WiFi I can look at all my notifications at once instead of having a string of interruptions all throughout the day.

Isn’t working on the computer on carpet a big no-no due to static buildup? I thought you shouldn’t even be standing on carpet, let alone have it sliding around on it.
Yeah, if I remember I had to do that or verify using a debit card tied to my address, similar to their NCOA list.

Yeah, you get a tracking number with most big things, but it’s nice to get a text when an item ships, is potentially delayed, and ultimately delivered. I know the moment it hits my mailbox. Been using it for over a year now.

I totally get that some people need to have contact while away from work, but I’m eternally grateful that my work life ends the moment I walk out the door.
They caught something on my cart once. Cashier forgot to scan an item. Since it was a $10 item they said it was their error and didn’t make me go back, but it got logged against the cashier.
