I just buy minced garlic in the jar and I’m done with it. I don’t use so much garlic that the rest of the bulb won’t go bad before I need it again. I don’t cook anything so fancy either that fresh garlic makes that much of a difference.

Yes. Thank you. We had someone “donate” about two carts worth of books by shoving them through the book drop last Christmas. They took two employees working for an hour to remove them and they went straight to the dumpster. They were moldy and the weight of them damaged our actual library books. If you must donate, at
