IBOGAINE HCl

I actually bought Kratom recently and still have 30 grams. Anything more than 1 tsp and I feel a little nauseated, but it appears to be fairly benign. It does make me feel spacey but I was taking it to see if it helped with alcohol cravings, which it does a little bit. However I don’t really take it much anymore

It just shows what our government really is about when people find a safe legal alternative to either rx or street drugs that are destroying families and killing people so they can lead a normal life and they say we can’t have that we won’t make any money off that ban it it’s ridiculous

”Big Pharm” wasn’t making any $$$ off me when I was self managing my withdrawals safely and effectively by stopping by my local headshop once a week and only spending $20 on a packet of Kratom. Instead they want me hooked on their suboxones that at one time cost me $400 a bottle out of pocket. I am thankful everyday

How do you feel about methadone and Suboxone?

Staying on kratom is a far better option than doing heroin. That’s going to be far more difficult if the ban goes into effect -- it will be much easier to get smack on the street than get your OpSec in order and buy kratom on the dark net.

Not a victory, yet.

Sanctimonious douchebag.

Funny, because by itself, kratom doesn’t cause significant respiratory depression.

It has some abuse potential somewhere north of caffeine and south of alcohol -- but it does not cause delusions and hallucinations -- at least at doses that don’t cause vomiting.

I appreciate the write-up. Good job. Just one correction:

#iamkratom

I used blood pressure medication to curb the worst of my opiate withdrawal symptoms. Allergy meds helped me sleep. Took about two weeks to get over the hump after 5 years of 1200mg of oxycontin a day.

Big question as this has already got some to go back to their old ways... Can we please sue the DEA for wrongful death and endangerment?

Boy, the DEA is sure batting 1.000 this year...

As with marijuana, however, one must wonder at the sanity of attempting to claim that consuming a natural plant form of it is harmful enough to be illegalized, if we have receptors for it already built into our brains from birth. Especially when kratom is less potent and addictive even than plain poppy seed tea, which

The DEA is run by clowns.

It’s actually been shown to not depress respiration significantly.

Kratom is not a problem. In low doses, it’s glorified caffeine, and in higher doses it has a sedating and pain relief effect. The idea that this is schedule 1 dangerous is preposterous. They won’t even properly study it.
