One of the big selling points for Rogue One that got me into the theater was that awesome shot of the TIE fighter rising up in front of Jyn on Scariff. I was incredibly disappointed when that iconic moment from the trailer was absolutely nowhere to be found in the final movie.

Patch 1.8.2 came out today and the notes specifically read “No, Kotaku, there are no strange doors fixed in this update.” Led me to search and find this article.

That and ZeniMax is privately held. They don't have to answer to shareholders.

I love your subject matter. Keep up the good work.

Anyone else had to look up “espoused”? I mean good job on the article and stuff, just making me think over here.

Why is the PS4 so much like a computer as opposed to the Xbox One? It takes forever to start, forever to shut down and God forbid it should lose power if you haven’t properly turned it off. The PS4 may have better exclusive games, but the Xbox seems easier to use.

I’ve finished the game but I haven’t tried to make sense of the radio stations. I know one plays classic rock, another plays hymns and another might be sermons (or that might be the station with the hymns).

Agreed. I thought it was a cakewalk too until I joined a friend’s game while they were playing the 4th difficulty level. I don’t know if their tactics actually change, but I think they get more health and/or do more damage. You can’t go off (as Moira) and sap stragglers while everyone else fights the bulk of the

Just going to pile on here in case the developers actually see this article as some measure of support behind permanent PvE modes.

Someone has to sell PlayStation and Xbox hardware.

Sounds like a godsend. Due to my social issues and fear of rejection I don’t spend time trying match up with other people. I end up racing a doing survival missions. I may end up trying this out.

Twitch streams don’t usually draw half a million viewers at a time on one channel.

Honestly the only reason I think it’s not set around there is lack of space. There’s a lot of open land in Montana compared to most states.

I can kind of see both sides of this. On one hand, “someone dabbling in one thing here or there is not a true fan of the hobby I love.”

I wish more modern shooters had capture the flag.

That’s my problem with this casual moniker. Now if someone plays a game that’s frustratingly intense everything that isn’t is casual.

This. I thought after a certain size they just got uncontrollable, but there are a few channels where a *lot* of people can still have a good time.

I say give it time. Twitch has 4 years on Mixer. Sure the site itself has been around longer, but Microsoft just got a hold of it. Either way you don’t need 20,000 concurrent viewers to have a good time or even make a living if that’s your thing.

Kacey Caviness aka Kaceytron is actually a very nice person. You wouldn’t know that from a Twitch stream though.
