I’d rather have Jimmy Kimmel instead of Jimmy Fallon.

Seriously, what is the point of this $h!t? Who watches this stuff?! Are the viewers’ lives so pathetic that they have to “live” vicariously through someone else (who also seems to be nothing)? Why are people watching a dude sleep and shower?!! If you’re gonna waste your life like that, at least plug into the Matrix so

I don’t have a problem with streaming and I’ll totally watch some from time to time (though I prefer archived ‘cause I thought that was the point of entertainment on the internet but I’m not against popping into an ongoing stream) but this seems extremely dumb. I mean, I guess it’s smart on his part if people are

Where else is he going to sleep, in a big bed with a wife?

Dude, your bed’s a car.

Meghan Markle is a lot like me — born to a white parent and a Black parent, but among the first of our “generation,” aka people who really aren’t one or the other, but are fighting back against being defined by others.

Ugh, I’d forgotten about that.

Do you think Meghan, Harry, and Oprah are upset/mad/angry or even disappointed that congress didn’t raise the minimum wage to $15?

I’m Black, born in the UK to a white English woman and a Black American dad.

Technically Andrew isn’t a pedophile — he doesn’t seem to be interested in prepubescent children. He is, however, rapist/pervert.

I read about it. I’m sure she did have PTSD, but to my mind that’s a separate issue from the adult rich-girl assholery that’s been going on with her pretty much forever. The two are probably related, but at some point you either move on from shitty parenting or you don’t. Then again, I’m a judgmental bitch, and I also

So Letterman did to her what she did to people on her tv show and she’s whining about it? The only difference I see here is that she was a bored, entitled heiress when Letterman was allegedly being a dick to her, and when she was being a dick to people, her victims seemed like just regular folks. I never understood

I mean, what are they going to do about it? Chase you down?

I would punch someone straight in the face if I ever saw them wearing these

Suggesting that voting for Bush 20 years ago makes one such an unforgivable monster that they should have to answer for it in any interview they ever do, is an unbelievably sophomoric world view.

Alice Cooper is the real deal. See him live. It’s worth it.

It is absolutely not a top-50 film for the decade, and certainly not worthy of being an Oscar-winner. It was brutal, shallow, coarse and cheap. It brought out the laziest qualities in Hopkins, ones he has rarely shaken since.

I agree. I've always felt Cox's portrayal was actually scarier in it's groundedness. Juxtaposing his breezy, conversational approach to the dialogue with the knowledge (even excluding the cannibalism) that the man before you is a compulsive, psychotic murderer just works so much better for me with regard to the chill

I know Anthony Hopkins has an Oscar for his particular portrayal, but I've always found Brian Cox's version of Lector (or Lecktor in Manhunter) much more interesting.
