Woops. Sorry. Thought AT&T used CDMA and Verizon used GSM for a moment. Silly me.

I'm pretty sure Verizon and Sprint (GSM carriers) will be getting simultaneous data and voice, not AT&T. CDMA doesn't support data and voice at the same time. However I know GSM/UMTS (3G) supports both, which Verizon and Sprint use. HSPA+ is correctly only on AT&T.

The Samsung Wave runs Bada OS, not Android. And yeah, the apps for Bada OS suck, but the Android Market is as good as the App Store. Go check out the Galaxy SII. Much better than an iPhone, IMHO. You get all the important apps on the Android Market, so that isn't an excuse.
