“Miles is the Black, Latinx son of a slain cop and an aspiring local politician whose entire campaign revolved around making Harlem a stronger, safer community for its residents, despite the lack of support and resources it’s historically been afforded.”

Honestly, given that the only reason Trump lost was because of COVID (you think even half of those mail-in balloters would have actually showed up to vote in-person had there been no pandemic? LOL!) and that things will likely be back to relative normal in 2024, it wouldn’t surprise me if Republicans successfully

Hell, the price isn’t even helpful for me, as Walmart’s Great Value stuff around here is either of a similar price or even cheaper than Aldi.

I have to wonder what will happen to Thirteen going forward. The only NuDoctor that has gotten more than three series has been Ten, and that’s only if you count the Specials as a separate season. Are they going to junk Thirteen after this season, or are they going to give her a fourth season?

I dunno. Ian keeps saying that this is the darkest timeline and that finding a positive in anything is a bad and that no one’s allowed to enjoy anything until human suffering is gone forever.

Wait, what? You think the majority of PS5 owners (and, presumably, PS4 owners) are going to use a gaming monitor over their TVs? When one of the biggest reasons people buy a console in the first place is to game on their living room couch instead of in an office chair?

YouTube does allow anyone with an account to stream, though I believe the stream quality is lower than Twitch and it’s much, much harder to perform moderation on the chat.

It kinda does. A Youtuber I follow keeps getting DMCA’d because they use 7 seconds of a licensed song on their title cards.

TNBA. TAS had the episode where Poison Ivy tried to turn Alfred and his girlfriend into trees. Also the episode where Poison Ivy made mutant plant people.

I’ve Got Batman in My Basement. Be a Clown. Cat and the Claw Part 2. Prophecy of Doom. Eternal Youth. The Cape and Cowl Conspiracy. Moon of the Wolf. Day of the Samurai. Avatar. The Terrible Trio.

Though slightly morbid since C. Martin Croker did die a few years ago.

Yea, the crew has stated in hindsight that both Riddler and Joker had absolutely terrible designs and wish they could have realized it sooner. What makes Riddler worse is that he was re-designed by Hellboy creator Mike Mignola, along with Mr. Freeze.

My favorite moment of the episode is near the end when Mad Hatter tries to run away. Superman gets in front of him, and then Hatter runs the opposite direction. There’s this smug-ass grin Superman has right before speeding in front of Hatter again that is just GREAT.

I mean, TAS had “Batman in My Basement.” Is that episode really leagues better than “Critters”?

Scarecrow’s redesign is universally more loved than either of his original designs.

I mean, he was the sole person in charge of Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, Green Lantern: The Animated Series, and Justice League: Gods and Monsters. He was also the overall man in charge of Batman: Gotham Knight.

The sound, for those don’t want to listen to Tommy babble on.

BTW, as to WHY this episode feels so bad, I think it has to do with the tone the DCAU had. As awesome as the DCAU is, the tone of the universe doesn’t really lend itself well to traditional Silver Age craziness (until maybe JLU).

Technically, that was a Superman: The Animated Series episode. The only crossover episode that was TNBA was Girl’s Night Out (Supergirl & Batgirl vs. Poison Ivy, Livewire, and Harley), the rest were Superman: TAS.
