IIRC, Deep Silver bought the Nottingham studio which used to be Free Radical Design, then Crytek UK, along with it's IPs, so I belive that Timesplitters is now in the hands of Deep Silver, which is great because they're responsible for the Saint's Row games. Ultimate silliness.
