I can tell how concerned you are.
I can tell how concerned you are.
Isn’t Trump worried somebody’s going to bring up that he skeezily said he’d date his own daughter if they weren’t related?
Just to recap, a guy who is on his third marriage is going to talk shit about a couple who stuck it out through some marital difficulties? I mean, get married/ stay married/ get divorced, whatever but if you are trying to gain favor with the “American Values” group, maybe assess your own situation before talking…
“Only 309 days until our shared national misery is over.”
I carry mine, everywhere I go.
I care.
Positive thinking is a damn plague in this country. And, on a deeper level, I think it’s preventing collective action on a lot of subject, as individuals are the prism through which the world is perceived.
The only one that really change my life was the one that taught me a new way to tie my shoelaces so that the bow stays perpendicular to my shoe.
Yeah. Those other ones are the Malcolm Gladwell for the slightly more educated set.
Yeah. Right. I skimmed it. While you even entirely failed to notice Tony Robbins is #3. I’m gonna take a guess and say you didn’t even watch anything beyond the two first videos.
Nope. Don’t even need to guess.
I wasn’t reading Lifehacker. I was reading io9 and this article was trending on Kinja. I clicked it out of curiosity. Probably shouldn’t have. But I’m kind of glad I did.
And lastly. This isn’t what Lifehacker is. In fact, I’m pretty disappointed that they put something like this up.
Yes, the self-help ones are Dr. Oz for the over-educated set. The science and literature ones are just interesting lectures, though!
That is pretty much how Tony Robbins made his fortune. He was the Teabag Chopra phony of the 90s.
The only way a TED talk has changed my life was to get me to stop wasting my time watching TED talks. They are pretty much all useless bullshit put on by charlatans. Tony Robbins? Really? This is the video equivalent of multi-level marketing, and targets the same morons.
No offense, but this is your typical “Empower yourself!” motivational bullshit. Fifteen years ago, these people would’ve been doing the same thing in 13-step programs on VHS with the low, low payment plan of $120 per step. In fact, I’m pretty sure some of them have already done that. All TED did was a change in venue…
Blargh.
Is Trump doing fundraising? I thought one of his big selling points is that he’s funding this whole circus himself so he’s not bound to donors or special interest.
And if you thought Domino’s in the US was bad, Mexican Domino’s is that much worse.
Kid is in Mexico where he can get delicious, authentic Mexican food and he orders Dominos pizza? If this doesn’t demonstrate that he is a monster and should be separated from decent society for the rest of his life, then what can?
For someone who is supposedly so privileged, he has really awful taste in food. I mean, you can get so much amazing cuisine in Mexico, and you go for fucking Dominoes? That makes me hate him even more, and I didn’t even think that was possible.
