    Valve made a deal with the Half-Life Black Mesa team to release it as a stand-alone game on Steam so Borealis is likely safe.

    They call them electronic signatures and they are legal contracts and are enforceable, especially since in a lot of EULAs they can overlap with things like copyright and trademark law.

    Melee is actually different though. I play NES, SNES, N64, GCN, Genesis, PSX, and more on my Sony Bravia with all the motion sense and other processing bs off so that I can have near lagless input, and almost everything I’ve played has been fine... except Melee. The input lag makes the game feel nearly unrecognizeable
