@ffejie: yeah, that's why I like Google. While corporations may be evil in general, Google is less evil than most.

@dmtofree: Exactly. You don't have to turn on Geolocation and, if your hardware doesn't support it, it doesn't matter anyway! This is much ado about nothing.

@Mike Mihaylov: People got 10.5 running on the 1000h, but networking and some other features won't work. The hardware is different, so there's no drivers. I'd figure 10.6 is about the same on that front.

@paintbox: Really? I didn't have any problems with 9.04 myself. I wound up not really using it much because I had a few Windows apps I needed to run, and not enough time to mess with setting up a VirtualBox, but the OS itself was rock-solid.

I really like Chrome, but I can't use it full-time until it can handle my [Delicious.com] bookmarks, or let me import those bookmarks with a tagging system.
