The way I deal with the stress and anxiety of receiving a traffic citation, is by obeying the speed limit and other traffic laws. It admittedly took me a long time to learn that lesson. But it's pretty easy.

I've bought cars in Oregon, Washington, and California. All of them came with temporary registrations, and all of them had metal plates delivered within 30 days.
