Today is the anniversary of Laura Palmer’s death—and Dale Cooper’s arrival in Twin Peaks

clitzpah?

I've seen this twice. The first part is great. The rest? Meh.

There is a clip of Hillary sitting in on a Walmart board of directors meeting, somewhere.

Ugh. Luck. The canceled the well-rated, and super funny Bored to Death for that show. Still makes me angry.

Uh, sorry, but he's driving a Fiat 600, not a VW bug.

So says "Bob Hope is God" - irony is lost?

It's not a joke, and it's not delivered as such. Parts of that movie are pretty serious, and that's one of the best examples.

So. . . Zack is now the standard TV kid name?

BotC doesn't belong on the list. It's over played, over praised and features probably one of the worst tunes ever - Darn That Dream.

Hm. Dunno. He can't do accents.

Simple: clicks

I object, but only because he was shite as J Edgar Hoover and Howard Hughes.

Not at all - if you're familiar with his style, that is.

I watched that the other night. Gotta say, it doesn't hold up. There are a few really funny moments, but they're few and far between. And you can tell who supplied what material - it's hardly seamless. The parts Pryor wrote are the stand-out moments. Everything Brooks wrote was one note: Farts. Sex. Hitler. That's all

I've always wanted a Joyce DeWitt action figure

"I’m 31 and still turn heads"

Just so you know, she was pregnant at the time.

It is often a cheat code, though. There have been several instances where I've walked into a situation where a friend is chatting up a girl to some success. I join the conversation and the tides suddenly shift. I'm not any more charming or good looking than they are… but…

Side note - I'm English. It's pathetic how easily it is to get laid when you lay on the accent. It's almost a joke.
