Honestly i can’t believe we live in a country with the most people in prision in the world. Personally i think we should just do what India and China do, and execute people for all crimes, from rape to speeding to weed. That’s what everyone else that complains about our prision population believes

so what is the proper term? I heard the term “transgendered people” but that is two words, and its odd to think it is the only group of people that needs two words. Minorities, women, bisexuals, elderly, youths, all one word. So whats the one word plural for them if not transgendereds

I’m a humanist, but I’m also a feminist. They are not the same thing.

Plus for her to say she’s not a feminist and then continue on to say she’s passionate about the rights of women specifically is just confusing.

Which is not something I agree with; I think it’s important to have different movements that focus on different groups of people who are marginalized in certain ways, and I don’t think being a feminist means you can’t also care about issues experienced by men of color and LGBT men and working-class men and so forth.…
