There are differences in the extreme to which each went but the point is that both have publicly said racist things it’s a fair point. It in no way justifies his behavior, just points out that a person who says racist things is hypocritically calling out racism.

Still, getting banned from these platforms is fairly far reaching when there’s not a lot of alternatives. Imagine being banned from Verizon Wireless based on what you said on the phone.
