Twist: Luke and Rey die; R2 gets the lightsaber and we discover that droids can sense the Force is confirmed to be the protagonist of the whole franchise all along.

Yoda tells him that. A monarch is free to knight who ever the hell they want, even if they didn’t actually serve the kingdom, right? Just like Yoda was free to grant the title of Jedi knight to whomever the hell he wanted. Unfortunately, Luke was the only one available.

I can’t find any clips or subtitled images right now, but there’s a scene in the Season 2 finale of Rebels of Ahsoka saying: “There’s always a little truth in legends.”

Or whatever Star Wars is using these days

They already sorta did that when Ra’s asked Oliver to marry Nyssa and take his place, didn’t they?

Not to worry, he gets better!

“she’s about the only character in this universe that’s stayed dead”

I’m just amazed at how meticulous of a process film making is that “falling dead” is a stunt and requires a harness.

Apparently WWE bought the distribution rights.

The best part?

That fuhst guy lacist plick. You lacist plick too.

There is nothing unreasonable with your demands.

May be a bit pedantic, but CW Seed’s Vixen has appeared on Arrow, but not on LoT. That may be A Vixen, but is a different one (the grandmother of the one who appeared in animated form, if I’m not mistaken?)

Many people have wondered who Yoda’s master was. It was R2. Why didn’t Yoda recognize him? R2 mindwiped him.

He euthanizes them.

Apparently, in an earlier draft or the novelization, or something else - I’m sorry, I forgot my source - after Finn tells him he’s with the resistance, Han recognizes that the black clothes and boots he’s wearing are Stormtrooper undergarments from his time in the Academy, which leads him to saying his line about

The scene in ANH when Luke and Han break into Leia’s detention block, and Han is clumsily covering up on the comms. At that point I always think “Why is Han so bad at Imperial Protocol? Didn’t he go to the Academy before?”

I dunno about the rest of you guys, but referring to Sir Arthur Conan Doyle in the title of the article as “Sherlock Holmes Creator” on io9 instead of just by name feels a little bit insulting.

Re: 2nd video

You’re confused. Casey is the one in the middle of the group wearing the green hood.
