“Dry” is probably not the right word. Most of the yellow counties that I’m familiar with simply have “blue laws” that restrict sales of alcohol on Sundays or after 2 AM (or some other seemingly arbitrary time). Some of them simply separate out beer, alcohol, and wine into different categories and have different rules…
