I too have the instant pot and I use it waaaay more than my rice cooker now. I’ve made all sorts of rice dishes just by adding all of the ingredients at the same time. Roasts with rice and veggies, done. Jambalaya with shrimp and sausage, done. Chili, soups, whatever, done.
