No, it’s not my fault they have to live paycheck to paycheck. But as a whole it costs less for the government to just give them a paycheck (i.e. Social Security, EBT, WIC, whatever) than it does to fund programs that keep them from being homeless.

It’s definitely a fly-by-night organization. It’s not well run, it’s not well organized, it’s not any of the definitions of a stable entity in the least. There’s just enough money in it to keep the advertising money slightly above operating costs and that’s pretty much it.
