Quarantine IS pretty bad. [REC] is a great haunted house simulator. It does have many annoying found-footage-y aspects but the last 15 minutes are scary as hell.

The ubiquitousness of found footage has led to a piss-poor quality ratio. I humbly suggest you see [REC] if you have not already. Found footage or not, it's the scariest movie I've seen in decades.
