Does this share any components with the Ford Mondeo?

I've seen one Checker Marathon run by HSBC and a London black cab around Fifth Avenue and West 40th street by the library on occasion. The HSBC Checker was free to ride if you were a HSBC customer but I don't know anything about the black cab.
