My father had an '81 Oldsmobile Cutlass coupe. It was a beater by 1992 and my mother recalled it could rain inside the vehicle. I remember when we junked the car, I snapped off the hood ornament.

If I were in charge of C4C, I'd have a $3500 benefit on cars of foreign marques and a $4000 benefit on cars of domestic marques. Why hasn't anyone considered this proposal?
