I watched.
I watched.
I went to his web site and it seems he means flash light, not flash. This brings up a completely different question, LED or tungsten bulbs? I heard the mention of low budget, its hard to tell from the quality of some images on his web site. That guy has fun!
What a great display of new photography. I have found that one big downside to digital photography is the flatness of an image that does not have highlights or shadows. I blame it all on the software used to stitch all the chips images together and the chip sensors themselves. But, when you give a digital camera…
This totally explains the iPhone 4S and the iPad 2, can you imagine the powerful effect of the iPhone 5,when it comes out. All will be well when those who need it get it. Can you sue Apple for not selling the iPhone 5? Apple is selling placebos that are hiding in plan site as functional tools.
I like this solution to infrastructure problems. Have a bad bridge, take it out, problem solved.
Go to Epinions. My two cents is, at the lower end most of the cameras are using much the same technology. That tech is not just stable but fantastic for the price. Go for the features you want not the megapixels.
Your premise is based on existing technology, is it not possible that soon there will be a new technology that makes up the sensor? As time goes by tech corps know that they must produce a better product at a competitive price, why would sensor live outside of these economic rules? My guess is that the individual…
More is better, everyone knows that...
Okay, I'm better now...
The doc I saw on PBS ended with them saying no to the implant and moving. I would love to see the update, sounds like the first doc might have had a positive effect on that family, in other words, to change. I guess there is always hope.
This reminds me of one of the most depressing documentaries I have ever seen. It was on PBS about ten years ago. It was about a family that was entirely deaf. Two parents and two young kids about 10 years old. The little girl was tested to see if she would be a good candidate for some kind of hearing implant, and she…
The meaning of my words was not to re do the shuttle, it was to go back to the original conceptual idea of what the shuttle was meant to be but never was. I want a plane like thing that can carry people or can be a remote cargo system. It can be launched with minimal prep and minimal turn around after a flight.
"unless you put a giant delta class rocket strapped on to 747 (which you can't)"
Its a great vid...
This is sickening. This is what it looks like when short sellers pound a weak stock down. I would bet that next week the same short sellers will buy stock in Kodak because it went down too far.
I bet AMD closes up shop before Kodak.
I remember reading in the New York Times several years running that Kodak was one of the top selling digital camera makers in the world.
Actually, in the last month they were trying to sell their patents for several billion. They have lots and lots of patents. I think they were the first to make a commercial available digital camera. Lots of their digital tech went into NASA satellites etc.
This is the kind of story that pisses me off. I don't trust the government to do anything right. Clearly this is not a secret, or, put another way, the NYC government does not want this to be a secret, its just called a secret. Its PR at it worst. I think it shows a lack of confidence that NYC can actually pull off…
Of course I am worried, when and where is this thing going to fall to earth?
