Two flaws with that:

So you want to blame Joe for not stepping down. Fine.

First of all, I never once said anything about people not discussing this in forums—-not sure where you got THAT from. This is about an influential host on an influential show critiquing Biden for something we are already aware of (he’s old) and reinforcing the narrative into everybody’s head.

Could’ve addressed this sooner, but we all stopped holding the government accountable on election day.”

Once again: it is not the media’s job, nor has it ever been the media’s job, to overlook the flaws in your favorite candidate just because you view it as necessary for the greater good.”

In a normal situation, absolutely. However, when you are facing the ominous proposition of Trump regaining power, decimating the government and instituting a Christofascist state, some things have to be held off on.

Oh really? Make sure you inform the right wing comedians who DO make it their jobs to do favors for Trump.

Downplayed? He spent an entire segment attacking both for being old and barely even touched on Jan 6th, the numerous unrelated criminal indictments, and didn’t even mention Trump’s recent promise to be a dictator.

Joe isn’t likely to step down, but should we really be attacking him when, as Jon said, he is the only thing keeping us from disaster?

Stewart, the architect of that stupid “rally to restore sanity””

I think, perhaps, you don’t realize what will happen to this country should Trump win in November.

Man, he didn’t do Joe any favors tonight. And kinda downplayed the threat that Trump presents if he were to win.

Reagan was the virtuoso. Should never had let him go.

Not too far off. The Beat Generation were known as the godfathers of modern death metal.

Ronald Reagan was in the Beatles???

I backed up what I said in this very thread.

You lost.

You’ve been wrong at literally every stage of this thread.

But maaaannnnn.....heh heh heh
