Last Kiss” bothers me because Eddie was in the peak of his “warbly mumbling” stage that reared its ugly head on Binaural. He warbles in and out of key during that song even more than Binaural and it annoys the heck out of me. Although the near-shouts at the end as he sings along to the melody does kick a bit of ass

STE (the author) has written for Allmusic for decades. It’s not like he’s some rando internet critic.

You put Cats in the Cradle on here?

Also, I’ll go on record—- I don’t like that Johnny Cash cover at all. I can’t stand his voice on it, emotive or not.

The drum fills alone make this cover so damned catchy.

No “Down in the Park” by Foo Fighters.

FRANK REYNOLDS FOR POTUS

He just STARTS BLASTING.

Whatever you may think of the result, Cage is a guy who cares about the craft,”

And Steven Seagal.

Donald Duck Does Dallas.

Imagine if “Threads” would have been the movie he had watched.....

Ray-Gun supposedly didn’t start taking nuclear war seriously until watching The Day After.

The Billions finale was awful. “Everybody is happy and friends with each other except the villain”. Bleh.

That got noticeably worse in season 11. IIRC it got to the point where every time any member of the main cast first appeared, it was *pause for cheering* for 5 seconds.

Actually they had a 3 episode “near-divorce” arc in season 11. It did have one great moment when Marcy delivered another stunning right cross to cheating Jefferson’s face, knocking him out cold. Then she dragged his lifeless body from the dance floor.

That was in Season 6—-the three episode England arc. I actually like those episodes for the nostalgic early 90s vibe.

I agree, but MWC is my favorite sitcom and NC shits all over the season that Moll guested those two episodes (10).

They’re running the last two (mostly terrible) seasons for the next few months on Pluto. IIRC, that is Season 10.
